A Method Designed for Immigration Procedures
Sylum is built on one observation: most candidates for TCF IRN, TEF IRN or DELF prepare on their own, with no prior diagnosis, and waste time on skills they already master. We flip this logic. We start by measuring your level precisely, build a path tailored to your deadline, and connect you with partner training centers. The goal: shorten the time between your current situation and the official certificate.
Initial Diagnosis: The Positioning Test
Before any preparation, take the Sylum positioning test (free, online, about 40 minutes). It assesses the skills covered by TCF IRN and DELF, returns a CEFR level per skill (reading, listening, writing) and a low/middle/high zone. From this diagnosis, the recommended path is calibrated: priority skills to strengthen, estimated preparation duration, and the test we suggest at the end.
Tailored Training Paths
Depending on your level and deadline, your path can combine self-paced resources, video workshops and in-person preparation at a partner center. Modules are structured around the real parts of TCF IRN and DELF: listening, reading, short and long writing, guided speaking. The point is not to add content, but to prioritize what works most effectively within your time window.
Partner Training Centers and Registration
Sylum directs you to certified training and exam centers near you. You stay in control: we present the relevant options (TCF IRN, TEF IRN, DELF), session timings, costs, and CPF or regional funding eligibility. Once ready, you register directly with the center. Our goal: that you obtain your certificate in the best conditions, on time for your administrative procedure.
